We’ve had a wonderful holiday at Cap del Bosc. The butterflies and the bird song which you can see and hear at any time of the day and if you are lucky you can see a roe deer in the garden which makes this a truly wonderful location.
Two places you must visit while you are here are Penne-d’Agenais and the silver domed Church, the glass stained windows and the views from there are stunning. On Sunday morning go to the market at Pujols and have lunch there at any of the restaurants.
The weather on this holiday has been great, sunshine all the way, so the pool has been a treat. Many thanks for all your help with the holiday that has made it a very special break for us.

I like to see a bit of blue sky …..
Enjoying blue skies and sun, the fresh green of the leaves unfurling, and the glorious sight of acres of blossom on the fruit trees surrounding Cap del Bosc. Herbs have returned in abundance beside the kitchen terrace and a visit to the local garden centre has resulted in the purchase of this year’s pelargoniums.

Beautiful photos!
Many thanks to John Foreman, a recent guest at Cap del Bosc, who has kindly allowed us to use his holiday snaps on our website! Check out John’s photographs of his travels around the world on www.jlfpics.com

We had a very relaxed week at Cap del Bosc. We all immediately felt at home the moment we walked in!! We had many breakfasts and lunches on the sunny terraces, enjoyed the BBQ and pool several days and had some great days out exploring.
The villa has everything you need and is nicely laid out. The recommendation of Chateau l’Hoste was a superb start to the holiday and we also had several memorable meals in Agen and Villeneuve.
We all want to revisit as soon as possible!

Our second visit to Cap del Bosc – we are so happy we came back, just as good, just as relaxing (if not more so!) a beautiful house in a beautiful setting – what more could we ask for! G & J, Colchester
The pool certainly looks different from our visit last year – great improvement! E, I & R, Suffolk
[New liner and limestone paving now surrounds the pool area, completed April 2015]

Thank you for providing such an idyllic place to stay. A truly wonderful relaxing location and lots of lovely places to visit, but equally lovely to just lounge by the pool. Really well equipped for a super relaxing holiday – we have all had great fun!
I really enjoyed my holiday at Cap del Bosc, my favourite place was Pujols, where I met a really nice cat called Hug.

[And thank you for the lovely sketch in the Visitors Book – you have a very talented artist in the family!]
Refurbished pool
It’s an ongoing programme of improvements at Cap del Bosc, to ensure our guest’s stay is comfortable, enjoyable and memorable! This season’s holidaymakers have been enjoying the pool even more – work was finished at the end of April which included beautiful limestone paving and a new liner. The little ‘beach hut’ pool house looks rather cute too!

We’ve had a fabulous holiday in a beautiful cottage and do not want to go home! Holidaying with two very little people (19 & 4 months) could have been very trying, but everything we need has been supplied, making this so much easier. Our eldest daughter has loved running around the gardens, spotting animals, and most of all, playing with all the toys and the swing! We’ve visited Pujols, Villeneuve and Buzet-sur-Braise, and had lovely meals at Le Roquetin in Laroque-Timbaut and Le Tortoni in Villeneuve. The house is fabulously well equipped and we haven’t wanted for anything. Thanks again for helping to make a really memorable holiday.

We have enjoyed a very relaxing two weeks at Cap del Bosc, a beautiful gite! Lots of fun and games around the pool as well as badminton, table tennis and boules competitions. Enjoyed buying local produce at the markets at Laroque Timbaut and Roquecor. Best meal was enjoyed at Le Bombecul, Penne d’Angenais, a beautiful hilltop village. We hope to return.

Such a beautiful gite and location. We enjoyed fantastic afternoons by the pool, long competitions of boules and table tennis. A little bit of home in the South of France!
Really faboulous time. Great afternoons kayaking and wonderful meal in market square in Villeneuve-sur-Lot on Friday night – the band was excellent! We would love to come to this wonderful place again.
